This workshop is a sixty-minute course that will go over how to recruit volunteers for your campaign and how to effectively manage your team of supporters. This workshop will go over how to recruit and how to match skill sets with campaign tasks. The workshop will go over resources available that help you track tasks and how to create lasting relationships with your volunteers. We will also go over different types of volunteering and creative ways to get volunteers involved.  

This extensive bootcamp will go over everything from the beginning to end. The Bootcamp covers requirements for holding an office, how to pick your campaign team, FEC regulations, volunteer management, how to perfect your campaign pitch, core issues and more! After completing this bootcamp you will be ready to run a successful campaign.

Our Civic Engagement Workshop equips participants with the knowledge and tools to actively participate in their communities and influence change. Through this dynamic session, attendees will learn about local government functions, advocacy techniques, and effective strategies for policy engagement. Beyond Race: Intentional DEI in Workplaces, Campaigns, and Government
