Founder & CEO
Courtney Henderson
Courtney Henderson is the founder and CEO of Develop & Empower Consulting Firm. Courtney graduated from Fisk University earning a bachelor's degree in political science and Spanish. Courtney went on to get her master's degree in international relations from Harvard University. During her matriculation through her undergraduate and graduate studies, Courtney worked on various campaigns and served communities through multiple nonprofits. Courtney is the chair of the Women in NAACP committee for the Brockton Area Branch NAACP. Through the NAACP, she helped women of all ages enhance their leadership skills, develop salary negotiation skills and perfect platforms for candidates running for elected office. After providing seminars and workshops under the name of the NAACP, Courtney decided to expand her vision for helping others.

Courtney specializes in African American political thought, local campaign rules and American foreign policy.

Executive Assistant
Dawn Roberts
Dawn is originally from Detroit, MI but relocated to Columbus and has lived there for the past 27 years. Her area of expertise is in early childhood & adolescent development. Prior to working with the company, she worked as a social worker and advocate for underserved teens. She has been with the company for a year.

Office Manager
Victoria H
Victoria is from Columbus, OH. She graduated from Columbus State Community College with an associate degree in early childhood development. She has a desire to earn her bachelor's degree in education. Victoria has been with D&E for a year
